heading into Mongolia

We are now finaly in the charity-rally. Today we went in Ulan Ude in a internet cofe to print out the costum paper. (the costum wanted the stamp in red, but with a b/w laser it's not that easy. After 6h waiting we had a second stamp in red, and we could go in. Met some the first others teams.

Today we've arrived in UB. Everything went well. We never thought we were going to make it here, but we did. Now we are planning the way home. One possibility is to take the train to Beijing and fly home from there, but for that we first need the chinese visa, we will check this out on friday, when the embassy is open.

Today we've crossed a part of the desert. We saw a lot of dead animals. The nigth we've spent next to a jurt. We've been invited in, and they gave us something to drink, they called it chai, (tea), we think it was warm sheep or horse milk, certainly not tea.
